Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to some regions in the United States. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, military facilities (APO/FPO addresses), or diplomatic locations (DPO addresses).

INCORRECT ADDRESS/SHIPMENT TRACKING

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at support@healzen.shop with your order info and images of the damaged product attched.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure.
However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we can not cancel these orders.
