  • Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to some regions in the United States. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, military facilities (APO/FPO addresses), or diplomatic locations (DPO addresses).
  • We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) and PayPal payments.
    Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, we will still process orders in default US dollars.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/SHIPMENT TRACKING

  1. Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. Healzen will not be responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
  2. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@healzen.shop.
  3. For orders returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided, you will be required to pay the cost for reshipment.
  4. If you contact the carrier to request a reroute or redirection of your package after it has been shipped, and the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during this process, Healzen will not be liable for any loss.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at support@healzen.shop with your order info and images of the damaged product attched.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure.
However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we can not cancel these orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you cannot find it). Ensure all information is correct. We will ship to the address you provided on the checkout page. Additionally, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. (Click Here  and input tracking number to track your order). You can visit the courier company's official website and use the tracking number to track your order.

Note: Please be aware that the tracking is valid for 60 days. If you contact us after 60 days, we will be unable to assist you.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

  • In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we will make every effort to expedite your order. If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@healzen.shop, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.

THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED

Email us immediately with your order ID and photos of the shipping label, and the product itself. Send all photos to support@healzen.shop.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

PLEASE NOTE

  • When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
